It hasn’t been quiet on the creative front. For an artistic person like myself, that’s a good thing.
After a much-needed and self-imposed summer break, I’m enjoying some much-needed creative activity again. Sometimes it seems like when you constantly search for something, you never find it; when you don’t look for it, it falls on your lap. The latter seems to be the case for me.
In a matter of few weeks, I had completed two photoshoots for two different clients, both of whom were a lot of fun to do and proved to be a lot of work. Admittedly, my photography legs were a little rusty but I soon got into the shutterbug groove.
Coming up, I have two more photoshoots coming up and I’ve now become more intimate with my home computer than I have been for some time. But I’m not complaining; this is me at my most happiest.

Team Che @ Mitzi’s Sister | Parkdale, Toronto | September 11, 2010

The members of Team Bauhaus (aka my friends Karolina, Cody, Jordan, and myself) met up at Mitzi’s Sister for an overdue brunch date. It was a beautiful Saturday morning; we caught up on our news, detailing our latest plans and life directions over plates full of food. The artwork at Mitzi’s was a plenty but I found this series to be particularly appealing.

My friend Michael B. is leaving Toronto in a few days for new and exciting adventures overseas. He’s not sure when he’s coming back but let’s hope he does return to the city that loves him so much.
